Try at Home Service
- Customers may select up to the permitted number of products for home trial.
- Payment is required only for items chosen to be retained.
- Products must be tried carefully and returned in original condition during pickup.
- Poshaya reserves the right to limit or withdraw this service at its discretion.
Orders & Payments
- Orders are confirmed only after verification.
- Poshaya reserves the right to cancel orders due to stock unavailability, pricing errors or unforeseen circumstances.
Returns & Refunds
- Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items reported within 24 hours of delivery.
- Refunds, once approved, will be processed to the original payment method within 3-5 working days.
