At Poshaya – Echoes of Bharat, each piece is thoughtfully curated and handled with care. We aim to make your experience seamless and reassuring.
Try at Home Orders
- Customers may try the products at home at the time of delivery.
- Payment is required only for the items you choose to keep.
- Items not selected are taken back by our delivery partner immediately.
- No refund is applicable on items returned during the trial, as no payment is collected.
To initiate a return, contact us on WhatsApp or call us.
Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days.
Customized or altered pieces are non-returnable.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
